About Lauri

Lauri Robbins Ericson is a speaker, coach and advisor focusing on leadership & emotional intelligence, equality & inclusion, and social impact. She has worked with leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, CEOs and purpose-driven change makers such as Innovations for Poverty Action, Acumen, Storytel, Swedish Public Education, MTR Nordic, and UN Women. Lauri also serves as strategic advisor for a number of organizations, including International Women in Business and Urban Challenges: Making Public Transportation Safe for All, a multi-country project sponsored by the Swedish Institute.  

Lauri is committed to furthering the contribution of women across the world and is particularly proud of the impact made from coaching women on female empowerment and economic development. Her work in West and South Africa, India, Europe, Central America and the United States has magnified how important it is to transform the perception of females in society so their contributions are valued.

Having spent much of her career advising, coaching, or collaborating with women, Lauri founded A Women’s Manifesto to the World: Speak, Stand and Rise – whose vision is that every female is empowered to speak up, stand up and rise up.

Lauri holds an MA in International Development Education from New York University, a BS in Business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate from Seth Godin’s altMBA. Her leadership and coaching framework draws upon her work with experts such as Margaret Wheatley (Harvard), Richard Boyatzis (Case Western Reserve), Christopher Worley (University of Southern California) and Heidi Brooks (Yale).
